  • Inspection Protocol: In accordance with standard logistics regulations in Pakistan, courier personnel are not authorized to allow opening, unsealing, or spraying of the product prior to handing over the payment.

  • Refusal & Abuse Policy: Repeated, unjustified refusals of COD deliveries upon arrival damage logistics networks. We reserve the right to blacklist phone numbers, delivery addresses, and IP addresses associated with chronic fake orders or delivery refusals.

  • Digital Payments: If you pay via credit/debit card or direct digital bank transfer, all transactions are processed through encrypted, certified third-party payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment card credentials.
